June Mission Leadership Council

        This was the last Mission Leadership Council for President and Sister Woodbury who are going home June 27th, and for Elder Carson and Elder Crichton, who are going home June 25th. It was also the last time for Sister Reeder, Sister Logan, and Sister Bayles who were finishing their time as Sister Training Leaders and would be returning to a regular area and companionship. It was the first MLC for newly-called Zone Leaders Elder Behling, Elder J. Larsen, Elder J. Johnson, and Elder Hildebrandt and Sister Training Leaders, Hermana Arancibia, Sister Durfee, and Sister Oliverson. It was also the first and last time for the dessert Sister Woodbury served, lime-filled pastry with berries, which was a big hit, but then food in general is a big hit for missionaries, especially this group.

Zone reports and Sister Training Leader area reports went well with some noticeable growth and improvement in many areas of late. President Woodbury’s Tune-Ups and instruction were well received as was the training presented by the Assistants to the President. Testimonies by the aforementioned retiring leaders and President and Sister Woodbury were at times tender and tearful, but also strong and heartfelt. And the picture that ended it all is included below. If I say so  myself, the MLC has never looked more sharp, handsome/beautiful, and impressive!
