Welcome and Farewell

     The first week of October found us with both hellos and goodbyes to be said. At the first of the week we welcomed Elder and Sister Bolliger who are taking over the financial and secretarial responsibilities at the Mission Office. They are a delightful couple who are excited to be here and to be able to work with and for the missionaries in our mission. 
     


But their arrival meant that our dear and wonderful Elder and Sister Warner were not long for the GKLM, and on Wednesday we had to say a fond farewell to them. We will miss their diligence and kindness to us all. 

      Then on Friday it was time to say goodbye to Elder and Sister Erickson who have been serving the last year in Scottsburg, Indiana. They will be missed by the ward and community there and the people whose lives they have touched through their service. 
        Ins and outs, comings and goings, it's all part of the mission experience...
